Memory
Visual Language / Packaging

The project explores the relationship between form and meaning by experimenting and inventing a new visual language using my own set of graphic forms. Based on the set of 30 core symbols that relates to the theme of “memory,”  a collection of printed graphic materials and handmade/found/collected objects was created to present in a Design Shop launched on March 29, 2022, at School of Visual Arts studio #302. The objects showcased at the Design Shop include:

a set of 4 postcards (6x4in), a set of 4 posters (11x17in), a set of 4 stickers (6x4in, 3x2in), shell spoons (package), scented candles (package&label), block soap (package), graphites from India (package&label), 2 sizes of notepads (package), a set of 2 resin coaster (collected), a set of 2 weaved coasters (collected), and candle & incense holders (handmade with modeling clay, colored with acrylic and finished by transparent varnish).
